Margaret Nolan is a Chartered Surveyor with 9 years’ experience specialising in Valuations. Graduating from TUI in 2010, she began her career in Cushman & Wakefield before joining the BNP Paribas Real Estate valuation department. Her role as a Divisional Director includes providing comprehensive valuation consultation service to corporate clients, financial institutions and developers, in addition to landlord and tenant advice on a range of property interests.
She is a member of both the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, she is also a RICS Registered Valuer.
Margaret is a member of the Valuations Professional Group at the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
