Joy McGimpsey is Head of Organisational Development & Learning at the Education
Authority. With 15 years’ experience across Health and Education, she leads culture,
talent, and leadership development to support transformation and deliver better
services for children and young people. Joy is passionate about public service and
champions career pathways into the organisation for future succession.

Katrina McCann has worked in education and training for over 15 years and is the
Graduate Management Scheme and Work Placement Coordinator at the Education
Authority. She is currently leading the design and development of future programmes
to create career pathways for students and graduates. Katrina is committed to
fostering professional growth, enhancing employability skills, and ensuring that
young people can access meaningful and valuable opportunities to thrive.
