School Summit is a great way to meet with students and teachers, and to network with other organisations. There is a lovely atmosphere over the few days.

The College of Agriculture Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE ) found the Schools Summit a great way to make young people aware of CAFRE and the wide range of courses we offer in the land-based sector. It is really well organised, in a great location and Bell Media are very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Having attended the 2019 Schools Summit we found it extremely beneficial to meet and converse with students and to show them what options we have available. The location was great as we were able to put on a live machine skills demonstration and also use our Machine simulator which really helped to engage the attendees. The magazine also helps spread our message on a national level. I found Rachael and the team very easy to work with and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

This was one of our first events in Ireland for Hartpury University and the School Summit provided a lovely opportunity to meet a variety of students from numerous schools and talk to them about the options available to them after leaving school. We had many quality conversations with the students and enjoyed our time at the event.

The School summit is a worthwhile visit for colleges, schools and students. It is an opportunity for Drogheda Institute of Further Education to meet and talk to students about their 50 full time courses on offer, the QQI award and other professional qualifications they will achieve in the one year PLC course. This event is very well organised with students from all over the county attending.

We have attended for a few years now and find the event very well organised both in pre-event communications and on the day. The pupils attending are engaging and have many different opportunities to explore under one roof whilst having the option to listen in to many career talks throughout the event.

Bell Time Magazine and the School Summit are effective channels for FIT to reach out to schools so that we can share the opportunities we offer such as our tech apprenticeships in software, network engineering and cybersecurity. Bell Media has been a great partner and we value their expertise and services.

As a northern university, School Summit provided Ulster University with a platform to meet and engage with Republic of Ireland students, of which there are few. Our attendance at School Summit 2019 has exposed UU to schools across the Republic, having since received multiple invitations to visit schools to deliver presentations. We’ve seen our number of ROI students grow since exhibiting. We’ll definitely be back.

In September 2019 we joined the School Summit event in Dublin in order to gauge the level of enthusiasm for UK Higher Education. The Fair was extremely well-organised and publicised, and we were delighted with the numbers, and quality, of the students that attended. With a sharp focus on education and employment, The School Summit successfully engaged with a large number of students from Dublin and beyond, and for the two days of the event we dealt with hundreds of students knowledgeable and well- qualified to study abroad in the UK. Within 48 hours of the end of the event we had already committed to the 2020 event and this will now form an integral part of our International marketing campaign. This was one of the most worthwhile activities that we undertook last year, and the significant rise in the number of Irish students now studying at Winchester is due in no small part to the Summit.
